Jan 30, 2026Very convenient for shopping and eating. Me and my grandson had some menudo at Food City and it was pretty good. The Bakery next door was excellent. The Employees were very nice and helpful. It was a great experience at the shopping Center. Thank you all.

Jan 06, 2026I go here when I need to pick up a $10 food box. It's not a box though, it's a complete shopping cart. A friend introduced me to it and idk what the name of it is but we call it the "used food store" and you get way more than 10 dollars worth of food. It's produce and other grocery items that are approaching or have past expiration. One trip we got an entire box of single serve kettle chips and on 3 trips we got a whole box of regular sized tortilla chips. And these are good brands too. Not just store brand or off label stuff. Sometimes the produce needs to be used or frozen within a day or 2 but if you've got a deep freezer you're good to go. Unless you just visited last week. Then you might need 2 deep freezers. Cause 1 trip can definitely fill a freezer. I wouldn't try to get the food 'box' without a deep freezer. I know it's open Saturdays from like 7 or 8 till like 10 but my friend keeps saying till noon. But you gotta get there early if you want the good stuff. Oh and they usually have lots and lots of bread. Some of it is moldy but I guess there's something you can do with it... Feed it to chickens?? Idk... One guy discovered how to make a life saving antibiotic with mold. Penicillin.
